Hood Warfare 2 Maps: Locations & Source Notes

Locations Listed in Official Sources

The Hood Warfare 2 store names downtown, the suburbs, The Trenches and Chicago Mall. These are source-backed location names, not a numbered claim that every current map is represented. The names downtown and suburbs appear in descriptive text; capitalization here does not prove their exact in-game menu labels. [S01]

downtown — named in the store description.
suburbs — named in the store description.
The Trenches — named in the store description.
Chicago Mall — named in the store description.

Store and Patch-Note Differences

The Hood Warfare 2 1.0.10 announcement also mentions supermarket while discussing small maps and spawn adjustments. That is evidence of developer wording in a Hood Warfare 2 update, but it does not identify supermarket as an alias for Chicago Mall or establish it as a fifth distinct map. Both conclusions require a current selection screen or another explicit primary source. [S05]

The same patch reports adjusted drive-by locations on some maps. It does not quantify how frequently any event occurs. See the update timeline for the version scope.

How Map Information Is Verified

For a usable Hood Warfare 2 map guide, verification should connect the selection-screen name to recorded gameplay in a stated version. A screenshot needs a permission basis as well as a source. Routes, objectives and callouts should be reproducible in that scene; they cannot be inferred from a generic city description.

Our Hood Warfare 2 map research has not yet produced licensed screenshots or recorded spawn positions. That gap is kept separate from the location names already supported by the store. No generated artwork is presented as an in-game map.

Map Guides and Callouts

Individual Hood Warfare 2 callout pages are withheld until they offer verified routes or positions beyond this index. Meanwhile, compare mode objectives before deciding what map information you need: territory locations, a bag route and one-life positioning are different tasks. This is editorial planning, not a tested tactical recommendation.

Is supermarket the same as Chicago Mall? The checked evidence does not resolve that identity. We preserve both source references rather than merging them. [S01] [S05]
