The Original Game

Trapstar Games released Hood Warfare on 26 January 2023. The checked store still contains Early Access information and lists a third-party Hood Warfare Account requirement. This records the listing as seen, without promising a completed roadmap or ongoing update schedule. The later game is a separate Steam app, not an alternative title for this one. [S02]

Modes and Zombies

The Hood Warfare description names Gang Warfare, Turf War, Chaos, Gangbang and three-team variants. Its Early Access section uses some different mode labels; this is a store overview, not a tested current menu roster.

Zombies

The Hood Warfare store describes round-based Zombies in an abandoned school and a penitentiary addition with objectives and a boss battle. That supports a mode description, not an invented walkthrough of doors, boss mechanics or map routes. No comparable sequel Zombies claim is established by these original-game facts. [S02]

Bots and Offline Information

Hood Warfare explicitly describes offline play with bots and bots filling private or public lobbies when enabled by the host. This is stronger source wording than the sequel’s bot description, but remains a developer statement rather than our own disconnected test.

Do not use an isolated player-count snapshot to conclude that the original is permanently impossible to play online. This page contains no live population or server-health counter. [S02]

Official Store and Requirements

The store's client note says Steam supports Windows 10 and later from 1 January 2024. This is separate from the original game's older OS field.

Use the original Hood Warfare store to inspect current regional price and conditions. The older Hood Warfare requirement fields are preserved below. The store also notes that Steam’s client supports Windows 10 and later from 1 January 2024, despite the game’s old Windows 7 minimum entry.

A requirement list is not a benchmark, and the original’s GTX 960 or storage numbers must not be copied into the sequel’s specs. Check the client note before planning an older-system installation. [S02]
